Understand the Claim Process

1. Upon occurrence of an accident/incident, notify your friendly Broker/BIC immediately in writing (Email, Text, WhatsApp e.t.c)
2. The friendly Broker/BIC will get back to advise on all claim documents needed to submit your claim
3. Ensure to complete the claim form and or any other supporting documents
4. For any clarity needed call BIC on 3600500

Documents Needed to Submit a Claim

Motor Claim

• Completed Motor Claim
• Police Report
• Copy of Drivers License
• Copy of Registration Book
• Two Quotations

Non Motor Claim

• Completed Claim Form
• Two Quotations
• Police report (For Theft Cases)
• Any other Documents as requested by BIC
